| BILD Announces Associate Award Winner
Bradstone/StoneRox was awarded the Manufacturer/Supplier of
the Year respectively at the fourth annual Associates Awards, announced at the
December 5, 2007 Annual General Meeting.
In
emceeing the awards, BILD Membership Director Helen Batista stated that the
Associate Awards program was created to celebrate effective working
relationships between land developers, homebuilders and professional renovators
and their many suppliers, trades and service or professional firms. Batista
added that the winners were determined by a survey of 15 developer, builder or
renovator clients per nominee.
Regarding
Bradstone/Stonerox, one builder quipped, “The best thing I can say is that when
Bradstone is on my job I never hear anything and silence is golden to me.”
Another builder commented that “Mike Grace is a true asset to our industry –
his product is excellent and his professionalism always shines through.”

StoneRox announces New Ontario & Eastern Dealers.
StoneRox is pleased to announce that their dealer network is growing; as of June 23rd there are now 25 dealers in the Ontario market and one in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Newfoundland.
With demand growing in the renovation, interior and new construction market, product availability is important to our customers. StoneRox Awarded Second Commercial Project in Waterloo.
Turner
Fleischer Architects selected StoneRox as the exterior walling for a
Shopper’s Drug Mart in Waterloo in 2007. Mountain Ledge Stone in
Wiarton Willow colour was used and the project was successfully
completed in April.
A second commercial building, The Royal Bank of Canada, will also be featuring Mountain Ledge in the Beaverton Bronze colour.

StoneRox chosen for the Dream Home Again at the National Home Show
For
the third year in a row, StoneRox was featured on the Dream Home at the
2008 National Home Show. This year the builder ProBuilt and his
designer, Darren Smith, chose to highlight the Precision Ledge Style in
the Loyalist Grey Colour.
This adaptable style of stone allows
for contemporary designs and is perfect for all applications including
commercial, residential, both low-rise and high-rise, landscape and
interior design.

StoneRox featured at Axiom/Gluckstein/Velux display at the 2007 Interior Design Show.
StoneRox
was shown at IDS 2007 in an interior application, cladding a fireplace
in their own display area. An exterior application was seen on the
Axiom/Gluckstein/Velux Feature, where Gluckstein Designers chose
Mountain Ledge Style in the Beaverton Bronze colour. This feature was
awarded the silver medal for booth design.
Both applications
show that while stone is a traditional product, StoneRox is versatile
and functional for any contemporary application.

StoneRox Featured at 2008 Interior Design Show.
Introduced into the marketplace over two years ago to rave reviews,
this Canadian made stone is being chosen by top designers to feature
their displays.
At the Interior Design Show, StoneRox was shown in an interior
application, featuring its latest style: Precision Ledge. This
panelized system offers a meticulous and contemporary style of stone.
Shown to Architects and Builders in December, Precision Ledge is
already creating enthusiasm in the Industry.

2006 GTHBA-UDI Member of the Year Award Presented to Mike
Grace, Owner and President of StoneRox.
Outgoing President Desi Auciello, at the Presidents Dinner
held January 24, 2007, awarded the 2006 GTHBA-UDI Member of the Year Award to
Mike Grace, Owner and President of Bradstone and StoneRox.
In presenting this award, Desi Auciello outlined the
achievements and contribution that Mike has made to deserve this recognition:
Mike has two member companies in the Association and is a
great supporter of the many functions held throughout the years. Mike is the
immediate past chair of the Associates Council and a continuing member of the
Board of Directors, not to mention a corporate sponsor and a product supplier
to the GTHBA-UDI Headquarters.
In accepting the 2006 Member of the Year Plaque a surprised
Mike was grateful and remarked that the twenty years in the Associations has
brought him satisfaction and was thankful for all the friendships over the
years.
